Thank you for shopping with Nookmori. This policy outlines the terms for all returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our online store.

1. Return Eligibility Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of package delivery. Requests received after the 30-day window will not be approved for refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Return Item Conditions

Items are only approved for return if they meet all the below standards:
  • Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original factory packaging with all attached tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • No stains, scratches, wear, or signs of prior personal use

    Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable under all scenarios.

3. Non-Returnable Final Sale Goods

The following categories cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or inventory constraints:
  • Personal care, beauty, and opened cosmetic products
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order merchandise
  • Clearance, flash sale, and discounted outlet items
  • Digital downloadable products, gift cards, and discount voucher codes

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Send a formal return request email to roveltosteckley62@outlook.com, including your full order number, full name, and clear reason for returning the goods.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will send a pre-labeled return shipping slip together with full return handling instructions.
  3. Securely repack your item and ship it back using the provided shipping label; retain the tracking number for your personal records.
  4. Our warehouse team will inspect returned items within 5 business days after receiving the package.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item passes inspection, full or partial refunds will be issued to your original payment channel within 7–10 business days. Additional delays may occur based on your bank or credit card provider’s internal processing schedule, which is outside our control.

If returned goods show damage, heavy wear, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or fully reject the return request.

6. Exchange Terms

We offer free exchanges for alternate sizes, colors, or variants of the identical product, subject to real-time inventory availability. All exchange requests follow the same 30-day eligibility window and item condition rules as standard returns. Any price differences for exchanged products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive damaged, factory-defective, or wrong items from our store:
  1. Contact our support email within 7 days of delivery, and attach clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label for verification.
  2. We will fully cover all return shipping costs, and you may choose either a free replacement item or a full refund including original checkout shipping fees.

8. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping fees for voluntary returns (change of mind, incorrect size selection). We absorb all return shipping expenses only for orders damaged, defective, or misfulfilled due to store operational errors.
