Shipping Policy – Nookmori
Thank you for shopping at Nookmori. This policy covers all rules related to order processing, domestic US delivery, international shipping, package tracking and handling lost or missing parcels.
Order Processing Timeline
All orders with confirmed payment will enter processing within 1–3 business days. Weekends and official US federal holidays are excluded from processing timelines. Any orders placed after 5 PM CST will begin processing on the next available business day. Our store operates a dropshipping fulfillment model; all inventory is shipped directly from our vetted third-party supplier warehouses.
Domestic US Shipping Rates & Transit Windows
We provide delivery service to all 50 United States states, Alaska and Hawaii. Final shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and delivery geographic zone:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days transit after processing completes
- Expedited Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days transit after processing completes, with an additional premium surcharge
All listed shipping timelines are estimates and not legally guaranteed. Transit delays caused by carrier backlogs, severe weather or supply chain disruptions fall outside our scope of liability.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order finishes shipping, an automated email containing your full tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. You may track your package status via our store order lookup page or the official website of the corresponding shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status marks the package as delivered but you have not received your parcel:
- First submit a delivery inquiry with the corresponding shipping carrier
- Contact our support team at roveltosteckley62@outlook.com with your order number and tracking ID within 10 days after marked delivery
We will assist you in filing an official loss claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacement items for lost packages will only be issued after the carrier confirms full permanent loss of your shipment.
Address Modification Rules
Requests to edit shipping addresses for submitted orders must be sent via email within 12 hours after checkout. Once a package enters carrier transit, address edits cannot be completed, and we take no responsibility for misdeliveries caused by inaccurate shipping addresses provided by customers at checkout.
International Shipping Terms
We offer international shipping to selected global territories. All international customers bear full responsibility for import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and local delivery surcharges imposed by the customs authority of your destination country. We do not cover any cross-border customs-related costs.
